Mamavation Monday: Staying Healthy

It is Mamavation Monday time again!What did I do last week? I regained my life … a little bit. I got caught up on several items that been hanging over my head and more importantly I didn’t get majorly sick with whatever is going around. I only got in one workout on Squeaky but that is OK.

My challenge this week: I hope to get back and work out with Squeaky, my elliptical, this week. I noticed during my one work out last week I was booking at my level 1 resistance speed while on level 2 resistance. That was good stuff. So I am hoping for three good work outs this week plus doing better watching what I eat. I know that is a big key for me. The added challenge is to remain un-sick. As I tromp off to the pediatrician this morning with three sicks, I will be praying I stay healthy this week

Results so far: I am down 0 lbs since last Monday. I am snacking on fruits and veggies. I am still eating that nasty yogurt. To explain, I hate the smell of yogurt. It makes me gag. So no flavor of yogurt is going to cover that up to make it super yummy. That being said, the 100 calorie packs with cookie pieces let me make believe I am eating cookies (it soooo doesn’t work but I am trying!) instead of funky yogurt. I know it is good to eat that bacteria so I am giving this the best try I can!

    Seems to be a common thing of no weight loss this week. That is Good though, it is setting us all up for an awesome week this up coming weigh in! =)

    lol…put some honey in your yogurt with fruit…that cuts teh smell down. XXOO

    My sister hates the smell of yogurt too, but her kids love it! She can't get close to their faces after they eat it because it makes her gag. Good luck this week, now that life is a little more in order work on your focus and I hope you achieve the progress you want by Monday.
