Mamavation: And there is life

July 12, 2010 By Beth

It is Mamavation Monday time again! What did I do last week? I did a couple of work outs and a couple of bike rides. I admit I slacked.

My challenge this week: I need to get back in the groove this week. I am missing my work outs but I need to get over this darn cold my Little Dude blessed me with. (He is finally feeling better today so I hope that means I am a day or two away from feeling better too!)

Results so far: As of last Friday, my weight loss was a zero. I was OK with that seeing what I did do … and didn’t do last week. Life happens. Last week was stressful for our family and it took a lot out of all of us. I posted my work out review last week. Did you see it?

So what is next for me? I need to get back to my work outs this week. It may take me another day or two as I try to feel better but I will be active as there is a lot to do this week!

Oh, I want a bike too. One with a big comfy seat. They make them I just don't have one. Mostly because when am I going to ride without the kids and the kids aren't old enough to go as fast as I would like to on a bike. I'm not into slow, leisurely rides. I like to feel the wind in my face 🙂 I hope you feel 100% soon!!

Can you call it "slacking" when you are under the weather? Get healthy Beth then crank out those workouts. Feel better soon!

Love the way you do your layout! I think I might steal it. Really breaks up the page and you know what you're in for on each paragraph!

Would love to have a workout bud!

Hang in there. Hope everyone feels better soon so you can get your workouts in. My children were under the weather too this past week. Its hard to get on a schedule when they are feeling so yucky.
