Mamavation Monday: And then there is nothing

It is Mamavation Monday time again!What did I do last week? I did nothing. I was so sick and dealing

My challenge this week: I MUST to get back in the groove this week. No need or should or could … MUST.

Results so far: As of last Friday, my weight was up one pound. After the week I had with feeling so sick, not working out an ounce, and dealing with girlie issues that tried to knock me out of commission completely (breastfeeding definitely has its perks but even those end at some point!), I was OK with where I was. I need to get moving though.

So what is next for me? Moving my butt.

    Hope you're feeling better by now! I did love the late return of my period due to breastfeeding. That time of the month always throws me off schedule, no matter how good I feel. Yuck.
