Mamavation Monday: Just a Check-in

It is Mamavation Monday time again!

I made it another week. As of Friday, I was down 2.5 pounds so maybe that plus 3 last week was just odd. Considering I did no workout last week, that was good. We will see how this week goes as I am on travel again and that makes my schedule impossible for work outs.

    Funny how the scale treats us when we feel we didn't put in the effort. Great job on losing the weight and keeping the balance ball posts up and going.

    I am looking forward to the ball post – sitting on mine. You know the best thing – I do not randomly fall asleep while sitting on the ball – getting more stuff done

    looking forward to learning more about my balence ball i've been doing the bounces on it while i watch tv so far just my legs feel it since im tall. good luck with your goals and have a great week
