We are almost done moving the Elf on the Shelf. ALMOST! YAY!! Last night was another last minute reminder to Brian to move the Elf on the Shelf before we went to bed. Call it lazy or creative but the Elf on the Shelf hung from the candle rack above our bed. Yes, it is creepy but whatever. It was easy and I didn’t have to move him at 3:30am! It was a big dangerous for us as the kids can touch him as the jump on the bed (which I hate but they love to do jump and “wrestle” with Brian on the bed.) It has left my bed off limits today so maybe I should just leave him up there all year so no one messes up my pillows or jumps on my bed. hmmmm. That could be a good thought there.
We have to hide the Elf one more time. I don’t where he will go tonight the last night of him being at our house this year. Last year he hung out with the Santa on the door before he went home to be Santa. I better start thinking about this now because the kids kindly gifted me their second cold of the season. Thanks kids.
