Elf on the Shelf: Day 8 Lazy Elf

December 10, 2013 By Beth 1 Comment

Today Kingston ventured upstairs. We purposefully don’t put Kingston in the kids room upstairs so I think this was his first visit upstairs. He was hanging out on the landing between the kids’ rooms on the coat rack Brian put there. See … cute Elf on the Shelf, right?

Then half way through the day the kids all panicked because Kingston fell over. You see there was no school today thanks to the snow and ice we had. The kept running up there rooms and commenting to him every time they ran by there! The running around probably knocked him over to be honest. We claimed that he was showing off and doing a trick.

Yeah I know, pathetic on our part. oh well. Every year, Kingston seems to have a day where he is lazy and falls over. Hopefully, he got it out of his system and is done with being lazy!

Well back to the big Birthday Kingston decorating. I think I just need to make the sign from Kingston to Sophie. She loves that the Elf on the Shelf celebrates her birthday … I try to remember this as I just want to take my sick self to bed. ugh.

Is your Elf on the Shelf lazy? How is the The Elf on the Shelf  going at your house? Follow along with Kingston this year with the Kingston 2013 tag here!
