Mamavation Monday: Here

December 13, 2010 By Beth

It is Mamavation Monday time again!

My subject is just “Here” as in roll call and I am here. That is about all I can say this week.

Looking for another Balance Ball post? Did you see my second balance ball post on bookieboo.com? It is HERE if you missed it! Join us in the discussion. Look for another post later this week. If you have a suggestion or question, let me know as it my topic idea

Last week I didn’t do a post. I was still recovering from being sick myself. My little dude let us enjoy the puke-a-thon for ten days. Yes, ten days. Thankfully I wasn’t sick that full time nor were the girls but the only one spared was my husband. Darn him and his super immunity. As a result, I didn’t weigh in that week. This past week I was play catch up and therefore didn’t work out or weigh in on Friday. I forgot it was Friday to be honest.

I am in a non plan part of my life right now. I am behind in my actual work and dearly miss my blog (I have a pile of posts, reviews, and giveaways to post.) Once I get caught up with Christmas “stuff” (presents, cards, etc), I plan to give myself blog time. I know I could give myself work out time and maybe I will do that too. I am just making it through right now to be honest.

I am thinking I will go back to the Wii workouts because I actually did those and they aren’t long. I will still use my balance ball ones to keep up my bookieboo.com posts but they won’t be my standby as I seem to find it easy to cheat on those. I have EA Sports Active and did the 30 day challenge earlier this year. Any other suggestions for Wii workouts? I might do the challenge again and see if anyone wants to join me.

Beth, Thank You for the Ball link. I did miss it and was wandering what happened. Maybe be we can do WII Active Challenge? I'd like that with Active maybe. It is fun! Enjoy the Holidays!!

good luck…I am planning on starting back up with the wii workouts starting February. It is hard this time of year to stay on task with everything going on!

I wish I could offer some advise for Wii workouts but I don't own one. I've heard that the Dance ones are really fun so that might be something to try.

Glad the family is feeling better. Barf bugs are no fun…ever.

Glad you all are recovering. Ten days is over-the-top! Have fun getting back into your groove. I have zero Wii workout advice. I know others will have good stuff to say though.

Man, my husband is always immune to those family 'icks' too. Makes me angry! lol.

I certainly understand those treading water times. We'll all be here when things settle down. Hang in there, and I'm glad Pukefest '10 seems to be over for you!
