We recently had the opportunity to try out Gorton’s Seafood products. Honestly, we buy Gorton’s Seafood products often since they let us add seafood to our meal plan on a budget. Have you discovered “the other side of Gorton’s,” in particular, Skillet Crisp and “Fisherman’s Friday” yet?
This night we had the All Natural Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets and All Natural Cajun Blackened Grilled Fillets. Brian baked them on foil for easy clean up!;)
Here are the fish tacos we had for dinner that night. Sophie, our four year old, LOVED them!
