    Hmm…what’s something complicated that would use multiple pots? More likely I’d do something simple, like a pasta dish with a yummy sauce.

    Either an amazing Linguine with White Clam Sauce (Clams, herbs, garlic, shallots, clam juice, white wine, lots of fresh parsley) I also like it with some diced grape tomatoes or oil packed sun dried tomatoes) – SO Good! – Use fresh or quality canned chopped clams)..

    Meanwhile my Honey/Hubby would be busy making one of his magnificent SOUPS – Lentil, Split Pea, Taco, or my favorite, Italian White Bean with Sausage, Fennel/Anise & Escarole – divine!
