Cowgirl Chocolates are sweet and spicy gourmet chocolates for adventurous chocolate lovers
and packaged as unique beautiful gifts for any and all occasions.
Head Cowgirl Marilyn Lysohir founded Cowgirl Chocolates in 1997. Her two favorite things in the world are art (she has a notable career as a ceramic sculptor) and chocolate. In fact her first job was working in a chocolate factory in Pennsylvania. Marilyn mingled some favorite memories
with some new ideas to create an American original, Cowgirl Chocolates.

A little review …
Cowgirl Chocolates sent me a small sampler pack of their chocolates. I will say upfront that I don’t do spicy but I do love myself some chocolate. I went for a mild chocolate first and didn’t find it spicy at all. I did leave the hot ones for my husband because I wasn’t game for that. He told me they weren’t really hot but we have different views of what is hot when it comes to spicy stuff. At any rate, I loved the mild chocolates. They were a really smooth chocolate that tasted super fresh plus had the extra spice too them which was new to my chocolate loving ways!
