Mamavation Monday: Back At It

It is Mamavation Monday time again!

Looking for the Balance Ball post? Well watch mamavation.com! I will be contributing Balance Ball posts over there hopefully starting this week. Cool, huh? Well I hope you read them and Leah doesn’t kick me off from posting them! So please comment on them when you see them!;)

Well week two of the nutrition plan was spent on travel. I made reasonable choices … I won’t lie and say ideal. I did walk it almost all of it off it seems. I can’t remember the last time I walked that much … oh wait, it was college as that campus is HUGE! I missed my Friday weigh-in but I did take a sneak peak today and I unfortunately put back on the pound I lost the week before but seeing how long I was gone, I will take it.

This week I am back to the nutrition plan and the balance ball. I did the Balance Ball for weight loss workout this morning. I did the leg part of it and oh my goodness are my legs sore. Maybe this will help my hip though!

This week I don’t travel but as I type this I am booking my next two trips on my laptop. They are both this month so it will be a hard November for me.

Did you try the blueberry water last week? I would love to know if you did!
Why do I post this? I find it hard to comment on a lot of posts each week as my time online gets less and less. My kids show me daily how great it is to cheer for simple things like Little Dude clapping his hands after he slides down the slide or my Sophie-Bug telling me that I did a good job shucking the corn. Kids are cool like that. We seem to forget to cheer for ourselves and friends so take a minute and cheer someone else on even if it only one extra person this week! =)

    I can't wait to see the balance ball posts you have in store..although I am a bit scared of it, lol. I didn't have a chance to buy any blueberries this week, but I have tried it before. I like to think of the fruit as a special treat at the end of the drink (usually 2 refills for me). Great idea to focus your time and energy in a specific direction each week.
