We’d like to introduce you to Udi. Growing up on an Israeli farm full of naturally grown foods, Udi Bar-On discovered the value of high-quality ingredients. These experiences instilled his passion for finding, making and sharing great food with others. For years Udi’s family was making the best bread in Denver, one day a friend posed a new challenge – create gluten-free bread that actually tastes good.
Inspired by the request, Master Baker Chadwick White and his team of skilled bakers used their craft, applied artisan baking techniques and ultimately created the secret recipe for Udi’s Gluten Free Foods.
Upon first bite, everyone was convinced that White had successfully combined the perfect ingredients for what is now known as our signature white sandwich bread.
