I was introduced to Weleda recently. Weleda kindly sent me a complementary Pomegranate Creamy Body Wash and Pomegranate Regenerating Hand Cream.

Dr. Rudolf Steiner, encourages the individual to see his or her body, mind and spirit as intrinsically linked to our world; all part of one holistic system. And so Steiner, along with Dr. Ita Wegman, got together with a team of dedicated scientists and doctors to determine just how they might use this philosophy to take care of their patients’ needs. So they developed a personal approach to health care using natural ingredients that can holistically work with and support our own body’s healing tendencies.Patients were healed, wellness and balance were restored to them, and never once was a synthetic chemical or lab-made preservative used in the process.

My thoughts about Weleda …
I am not really a smelly stuff kinda gal. Smelly stuff makes me sneeze so I generally avoid smelly stuff. So when I got these products from Weleda the first thing I did was smell them. I was ready for a really fragrant smell from them. But to be honest, at first I didn’t even smell the pomegranate fragrance. It is just a hint of pomegranate but it is there. It is there but is more of an after smell (yes, I made that up but you know like an after taste but with smell.) It is nice. It is refreshing and doesn’t smell like it is going weight you down. If you are a not into smell stuff but are looking for new products that do have some fragrance, I would definitely recommend checking out Weleda!

  11. Actually, I'd love to try the Citrus Deodorant. I think we've forgotten that humans didn't always put on a chemical deodorant/antiperspirant first thing in the morning and have it stop wetness and odor all day. I'm intrigued by the concept of a "use as needed" natural odor neutralizer. WTG, Weleda!

  47. We love the weleda Calendula Baby Cream, so much that my daughter will run to get it after a bath then come and to me and open it so I will put it on her and give her a massage! It is nice and thick and it smells great too!

  111. I already use their body lotion, because of my two favorite ingredients-jojoba oil and Calendula. I have really dry hands so the Pomegranate I would like to try, but also I never saw their Rosemary Oil for hair at the store, that would be great for the scalp I bet.
