It is Mamavation Monday time again!What did I do last week? I did my new work out routine … well most days. I had a couple of days where I missed it but I tried to get in a bike ride on those days.
My challenge this week: I am keeping up with this new work out routine and adding in the bike when I can. I can feel those bike rides and they feel great!
Results so far: So I switched my weigh-ins to Fridays. I beyond excited to say that as of Friday I was down three pounds. Did you catch that? I am finally breaking this stuck number I have been at for a couple of months! I told my husband that maybe my body found my metabolism!
So what is next for me? Keep moving. That is what is next. I will be posting my first part of my work out program review (and giveaway) next week so watch for it!!
