Today was my second workout of the Challenge. Right now it is set to 4 workouts a week and I have them set to Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri. My hips are sooo sore. oh my. On Saturday, my legs and core were sore most of the day. This program is working me.
I had someone ask how it is different from EA Sports Active (the first one). Here is my assessment …
- There is a wireless arm and leg band. These are nice … well except for when the leg band loses it wireless signal because your arm blocked it. I am getting better at that already though. The arm band is so itchy though.=/
- The workouts are circuit based. So where in EA Sports Active challenge you would run several laps at once, this one you might run twice but they are short runs.
- It has a heart rate monitor. This is extra drive for me so I like this.
