Wordless Wednesday: My Zennias

September 7, 2011 By Beth 39 Comments

I shared our CSA Zennias awhile ago. Well these are mine. All mine. I say that because I grew them from seed. They are about 4 – 4.5 feet tall. They just started to bloom on Saturday. These are the first few blooms. I finally don’t look like am growing crazy weeds in my flower garden!;)

The pretty butterfly …

Can you see the rain in this picture? It was just starting to rain when I took it.

Let me know where your Wordless Wednesday post is …

They are beautiful! I wish I could grow something without killing it, but raising four boys is about all I can manage lol.

Beautiful! I love growing flowers from seed, but what I love even more is seed collecting. I share them with family and friends. I have a ton of blackberry lily seeds that do really well – email me if you’d like some in the mail!
