Christmas Shopping on a Budget

November 30, 2009 By Beth Leave a Comment

This will be the first of two posts of Christmas Shopping on a Budget. I am going to post one with more details soon but here are some easy holiday shopping tips to make Christmas buying in your budget …

1) Don’t pay full price. It will go on sale. If you miss the sale, you didn’t need it. Trust me.
2) Look for discounts (coupon codes, free shipping) etc if you are buying online.
3) Be practical. Don’t buy items that sit on a shelf waiting to be dusted. Get something your family member, friend, loved one, etc needs. A gift that will be used is better than one that sits around any day!
4) Try to make a few homemade gifts. Gifts from the heart are often the best ones around!
