Wordless Wednesday: Philadelphia

September 28, 2011 By Beth 20 Comments

Brian and I had a chance to go to Philadelphia last weekend. I was there for a meeting. Brian was there for the food. I am dead serious. Watch for the Friday Favorite post for proof of this statement.

Anyway when Brian was walking around the city, he took some pictures of the site of Philly … here are some of my favorites.

This picture doesn’t show it but I love the detail in this fountain!

When we drove by this building, I pointed out the old bottom and new top so Brian took a picture of it for me.

Detail like this just doesn’t happen in today’s buildings!

Well I think you just have to LOVE this. haha. I was amazed at the line at this to take pictures here when we walked by on our way to dinner later that same day!

Let me know where your Wordless Wednesday post is …

Great shots! So true what you said about that building being old at the bottom and new on top…maybe they should invest in a pressure washer? 😉 And hey…I would probably go to Philly for the food, too!
