Our Thoughts …

So having wines delivered is a really great gift. I could really get used to getting the mail report of “a box of wine showed up today”. ahhh. THAT is a good mail day there! So this month we received two wines we probably would have never tried Castoro Cellars 2010 Paso Robles and Castoro Cellars 2010 Blind Faith Pinot Noir. I broke open the Paso Robles bottle first. It is a white wine but has a nice dryness to it (I am not a big dry wine fan but I am working on it!!) Now the Pinot Noir … I need to check this month’s menu and find a nice pairing for this.
