Fiber One 80 Calories Cereal

I am excited to work on this review with General Mills and MyBlogSpark!

The wait is over – brand new Fiber One 80 Calories cereal is on store shelves now! Each crunchy wheat and corn puff square in every bowl of Fiber One 80 Calories cereal has a light honey flavor – a delicious way to start your day. Fiber helps satisfy your hunger and helps you feel full, making it a great tool to help manage your weight.

  • With 40 percent of the Daily Value of fiber in one 80 calorie serving, Fiber One 80 Calories cereal can help curb your hunger, which can help you stick to your weight loss plan.
  • With great-tasting Fiber One 80 Calories cereal, there is a new breakfast option that helps you feel satisfied without sacrificing flavor

I was sent a gift pack that included:

  • 1 box of Fiber One 80 Calories Cereal
  • 1 sensor pedometer with USB connector to chart walking progress
  • 1 neoprene iPod/smartphone holder with arm strap

This is a great get healthy gift pack to introduce you to Fiber One 80 Calories cereal. I wasn’t sure how this cereal would taste. Brian tried it first and said it was really good. I still wondered if he was waiting for me to try it tell me what he really thought. The morning I ate it, Little Dude saw me getting breakfast. If he sees me eating a bowl of cereal, that is his cue to have me share my bowl of cereal with him. This means that I get half of my bowl of cereal and he gets the other half. I though I might be safe with this cereal as maybe he wouldn’t like it. HA! He loves it. I do too. It is really tasty and filling at the same time. I wonder why I thought it might not be good because I love other Fiber One products like their granola bars and brownies!

I am excited I have been offered the opportunity to offer one of my readers a Fiber One 80 Calories gift pack!

Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies

I am excited work on this reviews with General Mills and MyBlogSpark!

I was sent a Fiber One 90-Calorie Brownies gift pack that includes a box each of the Chocolate Fudge and the Chocolate Peanut Butter brownies, as well as a Fiber One 90-Calorie Brownie themed duffel bag, jump rope, water bottle, snack case, headband and bracelet.

All I really need to know was that it included brownies … chocolate. Then I wonder 90 calories would they be good or nasty. I have to say they are so good. So good. You want to know how good they were? I hid them from the kids because I found out they were eating them while I was at work. That was a big no-no for this mommy! So my brownies are now hidden … far in the back of the pantry where all of the good mommy stuff lives. You know what I am talking about, right? ;) Yeah I know. We all have our spot and our stash. Now you don’t have to feel guilty about your stash!

Oh and I can’t believe I totally forgot to mention … there are PEANUT BUTTER brownies. YES, peanut butter.

I am so excited I have been offered the opportunity to offer one of my readers a Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownie gift pack!

Bring on the … FIBER!

Fiber is a good thing, you know that right? It can be hard to find though. If you learn where it hides though it can be easy to make sure you get enough fiber in your diet!

How are you going to do this with all of those holiday dishes and meals coming up?

Look for the veggies. If you can, put the veggies on your plate first so they don’t have little tiny spot left on your plate. You know you do this, we all do. You pile up your meat, stuffing, potatoes, rolls, and everything else and then leave a tiny spot for those veggies. Make those veggies a main part of your meal instead of just a side! Filling up with those green beans is a great source of fiber.

Start your day off right with some oatmeal. As it gets colder, I eat more and more of this for breakfast. Not only is it healthy but you are once again getting that fiber that your holiday cookies are missing. If oatmeal for breakfast isn’t your thing, try some oatmeal cookies instead of those sugar cookies you might normally make or grab while partying!

Try eating whole wheat. No, not out of the jar or bag but look for whole wheat options. You can easily find whole wheat crackers, bread, pita, etc. Add these to your grocery buggy instead of the regular stuff that is lacking fiber! I am loving whole wheat cracker varieties I am finding at the store. I try to bake whole wheat bread in the bread maker when I get on my fresh bread kicks. We recently just tried whole wheat pita and I was really surprised at the great taste it had. I was really worried it would have no taste at all but that was far from true!

Find a fiber snack you like. You know Fiber One bars are one of my favorites. Have you tried them yet, they are great filler to eat before you head out and know you don’t want to eat a lot of bad for you foods!

If you follow these tips, you won’t think that fiber=cardboard like I did for so many years. I now know that fiber=healthy, tasty eats and who isn’t up for that this holiday season?!

Take a minute and check out Coach’s Oats on Facebook HERE and Twitter HERE!

May you find yourself enjoying many fiber-loaded treats this holiday season!
